账户被关一周了，写了申诉信一直没有回复

账户暂停销售一周了，写了申诉信过去四五天了一直没有回复。期间有重复发送一封过去，但是还是一直没有回复，请问有没有人大神遇见过这种情况。亚马逊处理申诉一般多久回复？看后台是说48小时，可是这都一周了。求大神告知啊~

是什么原因暂停销售了，邮件贴出来看看， 一般来说亚马逊的回复在一周到半月都是正常的， 一般都要10天左右

-- Shipping: Have you taken all appropriate steps and quality checks to ensure that the product is stored, packed, and shipped appropriately?

pq team的权限也是相当大的

一般这种因为客人投诉产品不符描述的，申诉过的几率大不大呀？感觉等待回复的时间好漫长啊

亚马逊要求是48小时回复，但是80%的邮件估计都不会在这个规定时间内回复，有的人的邮件可能一个月都没有回复，如果时间久了可以发邮件催下，你这个是直接就暂停销售了吗 ，一开始应该还有一封警告邮件，叫你提供计划的吧？

这个有警告过一次，刚开始只是三个被投诉的产品被关了，但是我们也有写申诉信过去，一直等不到回复，后面那边就直接发邮件过来说店铺暂停销售了，感觉好坑啊。。。。
