公司资质注册的帐号也需要审核吗？

请求大神帮忙解答一下，
公司资质注册的帐号，注册的地址和营业执照一样，
只是信用卡用的朋友的，可以确认信用卡没有注册过亚马逊
提交资料审核提示已经通过审核，然而今天收到一封邮件，说还需要提供一些其他证明。请问有朋友收到类似的邮件吗？该如何处理呢。
只有两天时间，急呀。。。。。。

今天一大早还没有传真过去就显示已经有销售权限了，
不知道还需不需要传真。

其他信用卡有账单吗？之前有人提供的银联账单也过了，但是概率比较低。

我有资料，并且传真了。但是被拒绝了。
和你一样的邮件。
现在是后台显示可售，前台不可售。

我只有工行信用卡，打印出来的是没有地址的账单！这样的账单传真过去有用吗？我不知道怎么办了？
