站内信 关于VAT

上两周收到过一个人发给我们的站内信， 说是要授权他自动获取VAT电子发票， 可是这个人是谁 ？ 不确定， 我们用这个人的邮箱在我们的订单历史中搜索，他没有下过单，在想是不是英国税局的， 可是税局的人也该署个税局的身份把， 有谁收到过类似的吗？ 我回复他 问他是谁 他又没回复了。

Hi,
I would like to make an arrangement where I can create an electronic VAT invoice for any future purchases using my Amazon receipt. With your permission I would be able to do this every time rather than email and ask for you for an invoice.This is completely legal and quite a common practice between companies to reduce paperwork and admin costs -
I have included the formal wording from the government website below if you want to check it (but like a lot of official wording it is a complicated and a bit boring).
If you are happy to allow me to create VAT invoices for future purchases all you need to do is simply reply 'yes' to this email.Once we have your 'Yes' response, there is nothing more to do, except to continue to fulfil our orders as they are placed.If the name, address or VAT number I have listed for you below needs amending please send me the correction and I'll happily do this!Alternatively, if you are not registered for VAT in GB please let me know and I'll make a note.
