被人投诉 产品没有授权是假的  该怎么申诉?除了要提供的发票外 该怎么组织语言呢?

Dear customer,
we've removed some of your offers as a result of complaints about the authenticity of a product sold by you. Bids removed are listed at the bottom of this email.
If you want your bids to be reactiVATed, submit a plan that explains the steps taken to resolve the issue and avoid repeating such claims. To get help creating your plan, sign in to the Seller Central Help Center (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/200370560). To send us the plan, click the Resume button next to this email on the Seller Central Performance Notifications page.
Also, include the following information for each ASIN:
- Copies of invoices or receipts issued by your supplier in the last 365 days. These documents must correspond to the volume of sales made during the period concerned.
- Your supplier's contact information, including name, phone number, address, and website.
For complaints about "counterfeit" products, include the following information:
- Copies of invoices or receipts issued by your supplier in the last 365 days. These documents must correspond to the volume of sales made during the period concerned.
- Your supplier's contact information, including name, phone number, address, and website.
It can send files in .pdf, .jpg, .png or .gif format. Documents must be authentic and without alteration. We could contact your supplier to verify the documents. It can remove pricing information, but the rest of the documents must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of its supplier contact data.
We will review the information provided and decide whether to reactivate its offers. If we receive additional complaints about its offers, we may not allow it to sell on Amazon.com.
