Thank you for your reply.
Please note that an investigation cannot be opened if the information requested below is not provided on your side to assist us in our research.
* The original manufacturer EAN/UPC number as printed on the missing product.
* Did the individual items each carry an FBA item label?
* Invoice. The invoice must show the purchase of the products from a supplier or manufacturer and include:
- The date of that purchase
- The titles of the missing units
- The quantity purchased
If you are the manufacturer, please send a copy of the packing slip, which must include:
- The date of delivery
- The titles of the missing units
- The quantity shipped
Furthermore, since shipment was imported from China into the EU, please also provide us with the Customs Declaration Form. These documents must include the following information:
- The parties involved in the shipping transaction,
- The goods being transported
- The country of manufacture
- Company Name
- Company stamp and
- Signature
The document can be either in paper or electronic form, such as PDF document.
If we have not received this information within 2 days from the request we will then resolve the case.
