这是商标所有人写信来，还是竞争对手吓我的？

亚默，帮我看下，这是商标所有人写信来还是竞争对手吓我的？这个是国内一个很普通的牌子，很多人都在卖都没问题。

1. 先不管那么多，先删除这些listing，不管他是否真的有商标。

2. 参考论坛帖子，查询下他是否有商标：https://bbs.ichuanglan.com/thread-1159-1-1.html

3. 如果查询出来没有注册，或者注册了没有在销售的这类商标保护产品下面的话，您可以发邮件给他，看他怎么回复。

查询到有 注册这个牌子，但不是经营我个领域的产品。如何辩别这封信是商标所有人发来，或者是竞争对手发 的？我经营这个牌子很久了，真不相信会侵权。并且中国有很多卖家在Amazon卖了一年多都没问题！

谁发来的应该是看不出，但是建议你下架，万一真的被投诉了对账户影响很大的。运气不好的一次就账户完蛋了。

同意阿默的说法，但也不排除是有些卖家的小动作。但是如果你非要卖的话，我提出我的看法，给段时间观察下，看一下跟卖产品的商家是不是原来的商家，道理很简单，肯定很多也会收到这样的邮件。很多中国的卖家，相信和你一样。但是像一些中国卖家，恨不得价格比你低，挤死你，更何况作为商标注册人。肯定告死你，不会那么好心给你发邮件的。

多谢順萁自繎的回复。我也同意，商标所有人那会这么好心 提醒你。关于这个问题，我后来联系amazon的support help .他们回复“I understand completely your doubts about this, and due to this you may request legal paperwork that proves they are actually the rights owners ”  

后来那个家伙回复恐吓我说立即投拆到amazon performance team.

再后来，我都不知会怎样。。。

如果竞争对手用自己没有注册的商标 当做主要关键词 这是亚马逊允许的  还是说这是违规的？
