审核求助，审核的图片有明星俏像，要求提供受权证明

刚刚收到亚马逊五点审核的回复，我们是卖海报的，放上宝马汽车的海报，和巴赛的内马尔的图片上去审核，他说我们审核的产品侵犯了另一方的版权。现在要我们提供有印刷的使用权证明。。我们没有。。有什么办法吗
