账号冻结

各位大神好：
前几天账号显示冻结了 点开绩效，表现良好，没有超标的。
申诉了一圈给的回复是之前有一款旧产品（已经没有在售）的CPC报告造假，然后就直接冻结账号了
这种情况各位大神有没有解决的办法？
求帮助，求指点，不胜感激！！！！！！
