产品是属于食物添加这类的产品，并不是食物，昨天收到了这样的邮件, 要求我们添加"Expiration date request" or "FC-shelf_life" Flag.，请问有人遇到过这种情况吗？该怎么处理？我们后台是有添加保质期的，问客服，客服也说可以检测到我们是有添加
