新账号FBA卖家由于运营失误大折扣coupon叠加大折扣的社媒code,未投放站外,纯粹被亚马逊联盟分享,超低价爆单(0到四五百单), 全都是FBA订单,五天后被关店后台登不上,理由是操纵销量排名,人为增加网络流量。按照要求申诉发送至selling-partner-action-review@amazon.com这个邮箱,半个月不回复,这正常吗?有收到过这个邮箱回复的卖家吗?是不是这个邮箱根本不回复邮件?封店邮件如下:
Your Amazon seller account has been deactiVATed in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed and pending orders have been canceled.
Why is this happening?
We have taken this measure because information available to us indicates that you have provided inaccurate information to Amazon or attempted to manipulate Amazon’s services in violation of Amazon’s Seller Code of Conduct. For more information, please review Amazon’s policy regarding the Seller Code of Conduct (https://sellercentral.amazon.eg/gp/help/external/1801).
Examples of violations of the Seller Code of Conduct include, but are not limited to, attempting to manipulate sales rank, artificially inflating web traffic, or allowing other parties to act on your behalf in a way that violates Amazon’s policies.

After 90 days following this notification, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.com. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account and if we confirm fraudulent activity or find that you have engaged in deceptive or illegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.
