亚马逊今天发了这个业绩通知，请教这是什么意思？我是新手卖家，卖出的第一件产品就收到这个邮件了，请问要怎么申诉？大神们，请帮忙！！

Hello,

As a new seller with longer ship times, a reserve equal to your gross sales amount for the preceding 28 days will apply. Based on your order volume, the amount of the reserve may change daily.

When your account balance exceeds this reserve amount, you will be able to transfer funds based on your settlement schedule. You can view details on the Payments page in the Reports section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.com ... lement-summary.html).

Please continue to ship orders and only list items that you can deliver by the expected delivery date.

To learn more about reserves, search for "Unavailable Balance" in Seller Central Help.

We may consider removing the reserve if you use Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) for your orders. With FBA, you send your inventory directly to Amazon. When orders are received, we will professionally pick, pack, and ship the product directly to the buyer. In addition, our customer service team will manage customer inquiries, refunds, and returns for your FBA orders.

To learn more about FBA, search for "Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)" in Seller Central Help or visit http://fba.amazon.com.

We will review your account on a monthly basis. During our review, if we see that you are using FBA for at least 75% of your orders, then we may consider removing the reserve at that time.

We will send you an email when the reserve has been removed.

这是在强制发fba，我都被坑了一批货到亚马逊仓了，现在赔死了。

晕死，有朋友第一次卖产品也没有这样，第一笔钱也直接打进帐户了。那我不发FBA，是不是第一笔资金就要一直被冻结？

你的邮件是跟我一模一样吗？我的邮件的意思是收到的第一笔资金就被冻结了，只有发FBA才会考虑撤销冻结。我想知道资金是不是会一直被冻结?

还有怎么申诉呢？

邮件一样的呢，不过我们还没有开始卖，账号还属于上传100 SKU审核期间呢。邮件旁边会有个申诉appeal的按钮，不清楚你的邮件旁边有没有。按照申诉提供的资料也并没有收到亚马逊回复。不过他提示说在申诉期间还是可以销售和上线产品的。
申诉回复内容如下:
We’ve received your appeal

Our Seller Performance team will review your appeal, and you should expect a reply by Apr 1, 2016 7:50:29 PM PDT.

Things you can do while awaiting our response:

Confirm all the items you have shipped and provide tracking information.
Update your inventory.
Monitor customer contacts and resolve any customer issues.
Solicit feedback from your customers.

这个是亚马逊针对新账户的正常审核，主要是为了确保卖家是正常发货，并且有遵守亚马逊的规则。亚马逊建议你使用FBA服务，只要你75%的订单都使用FBA，就会考虑立刻解除资金冻结。当然，如果你账户各项表现都很好，也不缺这部分资金，那继续自发货问题也不大，不过这样的话资金冻结的时间会更长一点，具体什么时候解冻要看你的后期表现。

谢谢回复，那我现在是等客户收到货后，我再提交申诉吗？申诉的内容要怎么写？还是不需要管这个邮件？

我也有APPEAL按钮，但不知道怎么写申诉。你是怎么写的？可以参考下你的吗？

，而且现在还没有回复。
