亚马逊回复有点看不懂,我用百度翻译了下,好像是说我不是美国本地公民,无法验证我的美国税务证明.
这个不知要怎么操作了啊?

To use Amazon Payments you must be a U.S. resident or a business with a significant physical U.S. presence. If you don't meet either of these requirements you won't be eligible to use Amazon Payments.
If you feel you signed up for this service in error I will be more than happy to close it. The closure of Amazon Payments will not have any impact on your Selling on Amazon account.
