this liar named Racheli Refael, he bought a product from our store, the and he sends us a message to change the delivery address, then ask us send the product quickly, claim that he very hurries, we do our best to fulfill his request, after we send the product to him, he just gives us one-star feedback to our store, you know that will be counted in ODR. after he receives the product, he said he doesn't like the product, and want product return, so we offer him a free return label, but when we receive the product, we found our product is not in the package, just an empty box, that's 500 dollars! so we contact him to send us the right product, he just claims he already sends the right product back to us, and claim an A-to-Z TO our Store, in the end, amazon granted the a-to-z, and refund money to him, just a really big loss!
the one-star feedback still there, the ODR is high and my account is dangerous.now the liar use one-star feedback to force us to give him more money to delete the feedback.
