关于品牌问题？

请教下，关于品牌已经注册，但是缺少角色权限是怎么回事？

已经注册了，但点击进入品牌旗舰店里又提示注册品牌，也开了CASE，客服说不能上传A+是因为缺少角色权限，叫申请添加角色权限即可，申请了，但品牌客服又回了这封邮件，着实不知道怎么回事了，

1)    selected NO to the question Do you have a registered trade mark? and/or
2)    selected PENDING to the question What is the status of your trade mark with the issuing organization?   

If you do have a Registered/LIVE trademark in the country you wish to enroll, please go back to the Contact Us form, make the correct selection and describe your issue.  

Please make sure that your brand meets the following conditions:

Your brand must have an active registered trademark in each country where you wish to enroll – please review the eligibility requirements.

The trademark for your brand must be in the form of a text-based mark or an image-based mark with words, letters, or numbers.

Trademarks issued by the USPTO must be on the Principal register. We do not accept trademarks on the Supplemental register.  

Currently, we do not accept brands in the following categories:
- Sport collectibles
- Entertainment Collectibles
