新手小白，在亚马逊上跟卖了款产品，收到商标侵权邮件【如下内容，未有投诉方联系方式】，这种需要回复吗？感谢~~

We received a report from a rights owner that the products listed at the end of this email are inauthentic.
  
The rights owner is asserting that the products infringe the following trademark:

刚收到销售权限被移除邮件，这真正原因就是因为那个侵权吗？不知道说的跟卖家账户有关是什么意思，有收到过这种邮件然后是怎么申诉的呀？有申诉模板吗？ 谢谢~~

What happens if I do not send the requested information?

别用模板，模板都被用烂了，而且第一次申诉机会这面宝贵，不要浪费啊。衷心提醒。

不建议您再跟卖这个品牌了，如果提供不出来亚马逊邮件里面说的内容，您就先观望看看，不要进行回复邮件

不要用模板啊，搞不好还会关联，不要随便申诉，专业的事需要专业的人来做
