德国站因税务证书问题批量封号！

好烦呀我和你一样俩个case回复我i都已经过审还标记了我的账户但是账户就是冻结醉了

Dear Seller,

You are required to confirm your DE tax registration status.

According to amended German VAT legislation, online marketplaces must collect a German Tax Certificate from sellers selling from locations in Germany or to customers in Germany if their sales are taxable in Germany and are therefore required to be registered for DE VAT.

If you are not obliged to be tax registered in Germany and are therefore not required to obtain a Tax Certificate, please complete the declaration confirming that you are not generating taxable sales in Germany.

Please complete the following steps before March 10, 2019:

  1.  Click here to open your declaration form
  2.  Answer the declaration question by selecting the appropriate statement
  3.  Submit your response

直接用注册邮箱发自己不需要注册德国VAT 的申明是吧？

直接用注册邮箱发给亚马逊，告知亚马逊你是属于中国自发货卖家，不用在德国纳税，提供了免责声明，请亚马逊查收，尽快开通你的销售权

Dear Selling Partner,

Your account has been blocked from selling on Amazon.de marketplace, using FBA services in Germany (including Pan-EU and CEE FBA programs) and from shipping orders to German based customers because your German Tax Certificate was not uploaded and verified by the deadline.

Under German VAT legislation, online marketplaces must collect German Tax Certificate from selling partners selling from locations in Germany or to customers in Germany. Please upload a copy of your valid German Tax Certificate to Seller Central to regain your selling privileges. Once you upload your Tax Certificate, we will review it and will revert to you in case additional information is required. This process may take up to 5 working days.

You are allowed a 30-day period to remove your inventory from DE fulfilment centers, after which, any remaining inventory will be disposed of at your cost without further notice.

您德国站是因为没有上传税务证书被封店的，需要您尽快上传税务证书，或者是把注册vat和申请税务证书的文件，发给亚马逊进行申诉，不然店铺申诉不回来，如果没有注册vat，建议您库存尽快安排下移仓
