For your convenience, I will provide the document requirements below:

1) Declaration of Conformity must meet the following requirements:
•        Show compliance with the most recent Directives on Electromagnetic Compatibility and Low Voltage with dates
•        Show compliance with the most recent EN, or BS, or both standards with dates
•        Contain name of the manufacturer
•        Include product, trademark or model number
•        Include binding signature from empowered person(s)


2) Images of the product/packaging showing CE marking
•        Include CE marking
•        Include model number, product name, or both
•        Contain name of the manufacturer
•        Must include all sides of the packaging

这个审核目前比较难通过，大部分问题在EN标准不符合这一块。
