Hello, first off I would like to apologize, there were several errors that caused you to be billed more than you should have and also after you had canceled your subscription. I have refunded those additional feature charges and the subscription charge that you should not have been billed.
What happened was when you tried to purchase the feature it failed billing so many times that our billing provider is set to retry charges if they failed, so after all of those failures to purchase a featured day it retried those payments at a later date which is why you were charged so many times. For the subscription when you signed up multiple times it created a new account in our billing system each time and our customer service was responsible for putting it all under one account, but they did not change where the subscription was to the correct account so when you canceled it did not make the call to cancel the subscription to the correct billing account.
I will talk to our customer service agent who made that mistake to help ensure mistakes like this don't happen again in the future. Once again I am very sorry for the confusion and for the inconvenience, if there is anything else I can do please let me know!
