最近9月份一共收到5份Policy Warning,最后一封Policy Warning是这样的:

We received a buyer complaint about the condition of an item they received from you. Your listing is still active. However, we would like you to resolve this concern in order to avoid additional complaints.
Complaint Type : Used Item sold as New
ASIN : *******
Complaint Type : Wrong Item
ASIN : *******
Complaint Type : Damaged/Defective
ASIN : *******

Review your listing. Make sure the item you are selling:
1. Exactly matches the product description shown on the detail page.
2. Is listed accurately according to our Condition Guidelines.

Please remember that additional complaints about your listings may result in the removal of your Amazon selling privileges.
之前的警告里面只有一个产品被投诉,这次更厉害邮件里3个产品同时被投诉,这三个产品都是FBA发货的,每次投诉都是产品condition有问题,像这种FBA发货的,收到客户投诉,有什么解决办法呢?
经过我们自己的分析,猜测是被同行恶意投诉的,我需要向亚马逊拍图证明产品是全新的,不是次品吗?遇到这种被同行恶意投诉,该怎么处理呢? |
