产品安全合规问题Product safety issue

店铺因为销售PPE产品个人防护用具；
收到了亚马逊的产品安全合规绩效，同一条链接的ASIN在五国都下架了。
我这边提交了DoC文件（合规性声明，里面包含了生产商、进口商、欧代、测试机构和机构代码以及声明符合的欧洲标准）、说明书（五国语言）、还有产品角度的图片，以及产品（鞋服产品上的标签有印有CE标识）的图片。
然后我有以下几个问题需要大神帮忙解决一下，有偿也可以。
问题：
1、POA我写过可能触发的原因和一些解决办法，但是他似乎没看就直接说我没注明原因，还是说我写的不清楚？
2、下方亚马逊回复的general questions我有作过回复了；但是1~4这四个问题有些内容是重复的，到底是想获得什么答案？
3、CE 二类的产品是不需要在产品包装或产品上标识 检测机构代码的，不知道为什么亚马逊一直要求？
4、波兰、荷兰、瑞典我是不进行销售的，所以说明书没做，是否可以不搞？
5、前面提到了PSA规定是怎么要求产品需要展示出的信息的？


以下是亚马逊回复的信息，供参考：
We are contacted by DE authority Struktur- und Genehmigungsdirektion Süd Rheinland-Pfalz with the request to remove from sale non-compliant safety shoes for the following reason:- Safety shoes are category II personal protective equipment - see PPE regulation. Such products require a type examination by a designated testing body. The safety footwear must comply with the state of the art (harmonised standards), be appropriately labelled, come with instructions for use and a declaration of conformity must be available.The following products do not comply with European regulations and may therefore not be made available on the market in the EU- We were not able to see the correct identification of the safety shoes of these brands in accordance with the PSA regulation anywhere in the photos. We must therefore assume that none of these products has been tested by a designated bodyThe documentation provided is not sufficient for reinstatement. We are still missing:- Plan of Action responding to the suppression reason - must explain possible causes and show corrective actions; Please note that the POA provided doesn't respond to the exact removal reason General questions: 1. Has a similar incident been reported before? If so, when and how many? What corrective actions have you taken to resolve the root cause? 2. Please provide feedback on what could have caused the incident. If you believe the incident was caused by misuse, please explain why and back this up with images of warning labels, and instructions for use. 3. Are you planning corrective actions after being made aware of this incident? If so, please describe and indicate when these corrective actions will be completed. 4. To your knowledge, have any design changes been made to the product recently? If so, when, and what are the changes? 5. Has the product been part of a recall? 6. What is the age group of intended user? 7. Approximately how long has the brand been in existence? 8. Approximately how long has the product model been in existence? 9. How long have you been listing this product on Amazon website?- Pictures of the product and packaging showing mandatory markings : missing  notified body number -as per the removal reason -  Instruction of use translated into each corresponding language according to the country of sales -missing NL,PL,SE languages-if applicable.

看你说的需要的资料你都提交了，难道就因为波兰、荷兰、瑞典的说明书没做就不给你过?

Naive.

违规了几次？有没有合规证书，亚马逊对你提交的poa不满意没有他们想要的结果，好比答辩你的辩点不在点子上，可以处理

第一次，合规证书有，就是产品包装上没检测机构代码，而且这个二类不强制要的，现在他们就是死认理。只能移仓了

不是因为说明书，主要是包装少的一个不是必要的机构代码，但是他们强制要求有
