Our records show that you have created additional users with permission to manage returns on your behalf on your Amazon Payments account.

To improve security on your Amazon Payments account and in accordance with EU regulations, Amazon Payments Europe will need to verify the identity of all secondary users who have permission to manage returns on your behalf.

As a precaution, to make sure there is no unauthorised access to the account, we will remove this permission on 12/04/2017. As of that date, only the primary account user will be able to manage returns through the account.

To avoid any interruptions to your account activity, we need you to nominate users and provide information about who should be allowed to manage returns on your behalf. We need you to send the following information to our secure fax line at 0800 068 5450 or +49 8938 038 403 if faxing from outside the UK (costs will vary depending on the operator and the number of pages you send to us, which will be determined by the information we request):

Letter of Authorisation (Please copy and complete this information on your company’s letterhead):

PASSPORT/ID DOCUMENTS: A copy of the photo and information page of a valid passport OR a copy of both sides of the secondary user ID.

PROOF OF ADDRESS: A copy of a Bank Statement or utility bill (Gas, Water, Electricity, TV, Internet, Mobile Phone or Landline) from the past 90 days showing:
-- Full name of the secondary user; it must appear on the bill or statement
-- Address of the secondary user, e.g. Residential Address
