给卖家打电话解释：亚马逊配送订单的售后问题（例:缺货，包装受损，发错商品，退货退款等）都是由前台负责的，请卖家建议买家联系前台客服解决问题，同时卖家也可以尝试直接联系前台客服咨询(卖家账户同时也是买家账户)。



路径：在www.amazon.com 页面点“Help”联系即可。同时卖家支持也可以将此问题转到 FBA 团队协助解决。
