买家退货，原因选的是Missed estimated delivery date

我有一个单，发货时直接点的confirm shipping，没有填跟踪号。由于供货商迟迟不发货，买家申请了退款，原因选择的是Missed estimated delivery date，请问应该怎么处理，会对账号有影响吗？一下是邮件内容：

谢谢了，如果按照这种方式处理，买家不发起A-Z的话对账号有影响吗？

影响肯定有啊，不过控制好数量也没多大事，不要经常搞出这种情况来，排名会下降很快！
