收到苹果公司投诉侵权-急急急！！

这两天收到亚马逊业绩通知，告知我的账号被冻结因侵权，看到上面写了“Apple” 是不是苹果公司投诉的？
“Apple” – B01G6I41N6 B01G6I41O0 B01K1QKIVI
针对这3个listing，我仔细核查了一遍，这3个listing是我们自建的，是一款iphone 6 和 iphone 6 plus 更换屏幕配件，产品图片都是我们自己拍的，也做了自己的LOGO 包装，内容里面都是写了 for iphone 6 和 for iphone 6 plus , 只是主题上写的是 iphone 6 和 iphone 6 plus .

针对这个问题，我们该如何申诉？亚马逊要求我们提供授权资料。这个该怎么解决？急急急！！

那就是表示你侵权了并不是你卖配件自己生产的就不会侵权，你在卖大牌的替代品或者是配件的时候最好不要把品牌名称放在前面最好就是你自己的标题写好后后面再加一个"FOR APPLE".比如你卖的是手机壳那就前面写修饰的词+case+for Apple。然后那封邮件主要就是要你发收据，发票，以及合同的复印件给他证明你是供应商，另外一个是要提供证据证明你是拥有这个品牌的所有权，其实你现在就是在申诉了，加油啊。或者是你的营业执照也可以发过去，对了你有申请VAT吗？有的话也可以提供那个给他看据说那个挺有用的

苹果的屏幕本来就申请了专利。上面连卖他的数据线都是侵权。

关键词里面没有写APLLE，只是在标题上，写的是 iphone 6 ，前面没有加FOR

VAT 不是欧洲站的吗？就只是在标题上写的是iphone 6 ，没有写FOR 。。。。

不写for的话他就会以为你是侵权，你写个for还能代表你这个东西可以给iPhone用，如果是替代品的话前面还得加replacement for，而且for+品牌明还必须得放在最后面。才会更加保险一点型号啥的也得放后面，反正就是东西不是你的，你没有授权的话你啥都得是后面
