亚马逊巴西站提款失败，美国加拿大可以正常提款

亚马逊巴西站一直提款失败，开过很多次case，每次都是说mailing address没填，关键不知道这个是什么地址，问了客服他们也不清楚，店铺该填地址的地方都填了的（中文地址，通过了明信片验证的），收款是第三方的，也没有要求要填写地址的。有没有大佬知道是什么情况，如何解决，这个问题大半年了开了好多case，亚马逊一直没给解决方法。
