产品被下架

之前一个卖的非常好的自建listing（FBA）突然被下架了，说是因为产品描述不符，但如果是客户投诉不应该先反馈到店铺这边吗？会不会是亚马逊恶搞。真心不知道原因啊，而且我们另一家店铺卖同样的产品同样的listing没下架，国内发货的同样listing也没有下架，什么原因呢？好忧桑。。亚马逊邮件如下：
We have received feedback indicating that units of ASIN: B00XDNXHF6 may be inconsistent with the description on the product’s detail page. In order to provide the best buying experience to Amazon customers, we have temporarily suspended your offer while we review. Our review will consist of an inspection of your inventory and the ASIN catalog details. During this time, the affected inventory units will be listed in an inactive status.

At the completion of this review, if we determine that your offer can be restored, we’ll remove the suspension. If additional action is required, we will update you.
