操纵销量排名被封,selling-partner-action-review这个申诉邮箱是不是不回复邮件?

新账号FBA卖家由于运营失误大折扣coupon叠加大折扣的社媒code,未投放站外,纯粹被亚马逊联盟分享,超低价爆单(0到四五百单), 全都是FBA订单,五天后被关店后台登不上,理由是操纵销量排名,人为增加网络流量。按照要求申诉发送至selling-partner-action-review@amazon.com这个邮箱,半个月不回复,这正常吗?有收到过这个邮箱回复的卖家吗?是不是这个邮箱根本不回复邮件?封店邮件如下:
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed and pending orders have been canceled.

Why is this happening?
We have taken this measure because information available to us indicates that you have provided inaccurate information to Amazon or attempted to manipulate Amazon’s services in violation of Amazon’s Seller Code of Conduct. For more information, please review Amazon’s policy regarding the Seller Code of Conduct (https://sellercentral.amazon.eg/gp/help/external/1801).

Examples of violations of the Seller Code of Conduct include, but are not limited to, attempting to manipulate sales rank, artificially inflating web traffic, or allowing other parties to act on your behalf in a way that violates Amazon’s policies.

Has your account been deactivated in error?
If you believe there has been an error, please submit an explanation. Your explanation should include the following information:
-- Evidence or examples that demonstrate your account complies with Amazon’s Seller Code of Conduct.

How do I send the required information?
Submit this information to selling-partner-action-review@amazon.com.

After 90 days following this notification, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.com. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account and if we confirm fraudulent activity or find that you have engaged in deceptive or illegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.

很多被误判操纵排名,解释自己的订单都是真实订单,所有的产品都是fba配送,不可能存在虚假发货;此外表示,自己产品花了多少广告费,参加了多少促销活动,这个产品都是通过合规运营经营起来的,可以申诉

这申诉邮箱半个月都不回复邮件怎么搞?

二刷救店铺是比较难的,申诉机会也不多。好多都是一封拒死型,可以考虑申诉资金。

同样的操纵被锁问题 按这个邮箱申诉的 有回复的 建议物流资料跟刷单资料整理齐全点 poa写详细点 看你这个是新账户坚持每天提交应该还是有希望恢复的

没有刷过单,没有任何违规操作,都是FBA的货,要等多久才能等到回复?

这个没法跟你准确说 有很多几个月都不回的 也有几天就回的 也有2,3个月回的 还是看你自己账户情况的

现在账户已经登录异常了,可以申诉店铺,最近遇到账户登录异常的卖家挺多的,累积的成功案例也挺多的,这种情况可以处理的

行为准则问题,邮件比操纵排名严重多了。没有回复调整POA,完善内容了追加看看
