急急！美国账户订单增长太快被移除销售权

各位大神，美国店铺原本订单比较稳定在30多单左右，前一段时间ORD比较高，被移除的黄金购物车，所以订单一下子变成每天就1单、2单，
然后就只能等着，差不多等了一个礼拜左右，突然就恢复了，订单一下子就出了40单。
然后第二天就说被移除销售权了，各位大神帮我Hello, 看看该怎么回复邮件处理，以下是邮件内容：

We reviewed your account, and we have decided that you may no longer sell on Amazon.com. Your listings have been removed from our site. We arrived at this decision because we were unable to verify information related to your seller account, including your selling history and listings.

Please ship any open orders. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-Z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.

You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please write to payments-funds@amazon.com.

If you want to appeal this decision, click the Appeal button next to this message on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.com ... -notifications.html). We will respond with a more detailed request for additional information.
