突然来了一封邮件被移除销售权，原因让人看不懂，求大神指点迷津

急求大神帮忙，9号突然就来了一封以下的邮件，店就关了，没有任何的原因解释，也不知道是什么原因，谢谢大家的帮忙，同时祝大家新年快乐，18大发，谢谢了！
主要是“misusing the best seller rank feature”是什么原因，我一头雾水啊，难道是刷单什么的，我的是新店才几个月，怎么会以这样的理由移除我销售权呢，有其他人跟我一样的情况吗，不知道具体原因，申诉信没有思路啊，请各位大神指点一下申诉的思路，谢谢了
