日本品牌备案出现问题，求指教

请问楼主这个情况解决了吗？我也是这种情况，但是和商标代理商联系，他们说没有留邮箱，也没有留电话，让跟亚马逊联系，亚马逊就让跟商标代理商联系。现在备案就卡在这了。

是的，这是我们卖家处理不了的，亚马逊不配合也不灵活处理，特别死板，我也卡在这里了
