帮我看看这个是怎么回事

今天收到了亚马逊的一封信“Dear Seller,We are currently removing all listings for some product(s) you have offered for sale on Amazon.com.

Please note that you will not be penalized for the first-time cancellation of these listings.  However, we prohibit re-listing products on Amazon.com once it is brought to your attention that sales of those products are not permitted.

Customers who have purchased the affected product(s) through the Amazon.com website will be sent a notification regarding the removal.  This includes customers who have purchased these products from sellers.  You should not ship any pending orders for this product yourself.

If you are a Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) seller, please note that pending FBA customer orders for these products will be cancelled.  You will be temporarily unable to create a Removal Order for these products for a period of 30 days.  After 30 days please create a Removal Order in Seller Central to arrange for the removal or disposal of any inventory of these products in our fulfillment centers. If you are unable to create a Removal Order after 30 days, please contact Seller Support for assistance.

www.amazon.com”是不是说我重复上货啊，还是什么问题？现在这个货的状态是“Inactive (Blocked)”，需不需要要删除这个货啊，还是要怎么操作？

这封邮件说的是，你不可以将还处于 pending 状态下的订单，做发货或者是任何动作。[Tips:当订单显示为 unshiped 状态下时候，才可以做发货处理，pending状态下的订单就算客户主动联系你，你也不可以发货】
信中提到鉴于你是第一次，不会对你做出处罚，但是亚马逊要暂时移除你违规操作的的产品列表。等30天后，就会自动解除。你到时候可以重建这些被冻结的产品。如果30天后还不能重建，再联系亚马逊客服解决。

很感谢你的回答，但是我现在更疑惑了，我这个货现在只上了几天，而且一个都没有卖出去，更重要的是最近pending里面也没有订单，不知道为什么会收到亚马逊这样的邮件。

亚马逊写这份邮件给你就是提醒你，他们会对你的这几个产品listing做什么样的处理。你不要纠结这件事情就行了。你继续每天多认真上5-7个产品。认真编写标题，搜索关键词，产品特性。适当的跟卖几款不侵权的产品。以增加流量，这样才更有机会让顾客看到你的店铺，以后就会有订单的。账号是需要养的。急不得。。如果你还是对这封邮件里提及的事情很担心的话，马上开case给亚马逊客服，询问关于这封邮件，你接下来需要做什么操作。把邮件的内容作为附件，黏贴到txt文档里，一并发给亚马逊客服看。他们会在24小时内给你答复的。加油！
