注册的时候要求提供这东西。

1. A copy of the acknowledgment letter from the IRS for your assignment of an Employer Identification Number (EIN) or a document stating that your organization is registered with the secretary of state.

W8不是注册的时候就已经填过了。为什么还要我传真过去的。

你不是美国公司的话，没有IRS证明，只能提供W8进行证明。
