收到侵权投诉邮件，应该怎么办呢？

询问客服说不用管，这个listing已经被下架，以后不再售卖就行了，但是还是不放心，不用联系投诉者撤诉的吗？ 之前有过一次知识产权被投诉，客服说这个不会累计，不会造成关店，只要不再被投诉就可以 了，只这样的吗？求大神指点接下啦该怎么做

然而并不知道，知识告知知识产权侵权，之前有过一次就是发个邮件过来说侵权，然后就没有下文了。

你是怎样给投诉人发的邮件，承认自己的错误吗？我也给投诉人发邮件了，但是并没有回复。 好害怕账号出现问题。不知道在哪里能够查询产品是否侵权，觉得任何一个产品随时都有可能被投诉

要撤销一般都要花钱解决，有时候花钱也解决不了。所以，如果没有办法辨别是否侵权，最好的解决办法就是多账号分摊风险
