申请美国Amazon,得到这个回复，怎么弄好，我不知道哪里填错？

等了大半个月弄了张美国银行卡——Mastcard，不是Visa,结果填写资料后得到这个回复，但是我不知道哪里填错了，又没有提示之类，是地址错误还是日期什么的...好迷茫，这样卡住快一个星期了？求大神搭救！

正常中国的双币种信用卡就可以，Mastercard有的时候对接不正常，你可以考虑更换一张Visa信用卡试试。

那我这张MasterCard 还能在注册其他美国亚马逊账号再试试吗？还是说使用一次不成功就已经作废了？
还有 我这张MasterCard 里面没钱的，1美金都没有，是不是这个原因或因为没有刷卡消费记录等导致注册不成功？
