Your below emails have been forwarded to me by the owner of the registered Canadian trademark "Kodi" for review and response.

As you now know, my client recently learned that for some time, you have wilfully violated my client's rights by offering for sale on Amazon a certain product bearing my client's trademark, and this without authorization or license whatsoever. It is for this reason that my client has taken an initial action with Amazon to halt the sales of your product.

As you are no doubt aware, trademark violation is a serious matter, and as a result, you are now exposes to the various penalties and sanctions contemplated by law.

That said, my client has indicated to me that it is prepared to resolve this matter, and to license to you the use of its trademark, in order that you continue to sell your product on Amazon.

The first step in the process is that you provide the undersigned with certified confirmation of the total number of units you have sold on Amazon, and the price at which the same have been sold.

Once I am in receipt of this information, we can easily and quickly execute a reasonable settlement agreement with my client regarding all past sales as well as a license agreement for sales going forward.

这总比迟迟没有回信的好呀~持有人还蛮好的,你要想在亚马逊上继续销售,要你提供一些商品销售信息给他,他们看了再给你下一步答复;不过往商业方面去想,这持有人是不是要看你销售的怎么样然后要跟你提合作的事呢?
