前2天收到亚马逊的 邮件，说our listing is under review - action required。
第一封邮件：
Hello,
We are reviewing your account because of concerns about the authenticity of the items below. We would like to work with you to resolve the concern and complete our review.
ASIN: B00RTVM
Within 7 days, please reply to this email with the following:
-- Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time.
-- Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website.
You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. We may call your supplier to verify the documents. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.
If we do not hear from you within 7 days, or we are unable to confirm the information you provide, we may remove your listings.
If we find other problems or receive complaints about your listings, we may not allow you to sell on Amazon.com.

请问： 这个是什么原因被 调查呢？我这个产品一天 也只有几个单，不是爆款啊？到现在都没有搞懂 为什么被调查，最后还被栓除了listing ？
按照他们要求提供了供应商的收据，PI(形式发票）还盖章了，还有卖家给我的 品牌授权书都 一起提供了，第一次提供的。 亚马逊回来说 不接受形式发票，也没说我其他的 证据行不行。 第二份亚马逊邮件 如下 ：

Thank you for your email. However, we are unable to accept the proforma invoice that you have sent us. We only accept invoices from suppliers as valid documentation.

The name and address of the supplier must be clearly visible and the invoice must be for a quantity appropriate for your sales in the last 365 days.
Please reply to this message with this information:
- Copies of your receipts or invoices
- Your distributor’s or supplier’s contact information (name, phone number, address, etc.)
File types supported are PDF and images (jpg, gif and png).
这次就只提供了 收据（国内的收据，只有供应商的公司名字，应该一般收据都是这样的），也是盖章了，还有供应商的联系方式，提供过去了，
结果 第二天 ，亚马逊回复我，listing 栓出了，而且不准再卖了。 整个过程，都不知道 为什么 就被下架了， 我想请教下路过的高人， 1. 可能是什么原因导致的调查？ 2. 我现在在FBA仓库还有库存货，改怎么办？3.还能在重新 发布listing吗？如果重新发布，是不是有风险 对整个账号？ 请大家帮忙解答，在线等候，新人做FBA，急啊 |
