在北美站走注册流程时,因资料缺失便临时中断了注册流程,注册流程并未最终提交,过了一段时间后想重新登录账号继续注册流程,却提示“请输入有效的邮箱或手机号”。
有发邮件跟亚马逊官方客服告知情况,但看过亚马逊客服回复的邮件后,仍不知道问题出在哪,还请各位高手帮忙指点指点,不胜感激!!
邮件内容如下:
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
We understand that you are unable to login into your seller account. After you logged in, the system prompts: Please enter the correct email address. You want to log in to your account to complete the subsequent registration.
Thank you for contacting us. We will certainly check and assist you in this case.
Upon checking with the email zilong032222@163.com account you have contacted, we can see that this account is showing as process of registration.
We do understand you already have an seller central account but unable to access your established seller central account page.
