账号安全事件，账号被锁，怎么解决？

请教各位大神，今天早上收到一份邮件，是附带在一个客户的message 后面的，说是账号安全事件，账号被锁，内容如下面，到时我后台可以进去，后台看的listing也是正常的，但是页面点开就是没有，是currently unavailable .
