亚马逊卖家账号listing刊登3天 ,出了13单,还没收到货 也没用投诉。店铺突遭冻结,北美三个站点都冻结了 要求我提供发票。邮件内容如下:

目前的情况是:1,账号为从从服务商那里高价购买的 ,如提供发票,买方抬头只能对应写账号资料吗? 因为该产品是海外仓库一件代发的。无法提供增值税发票。可否用提供海外仓公司跟供应商的购物发票替代 并备注?
2,产品为普货 ,品牌为随便写的一个品牌名 ,没有授权书。我申诉的话胜算有多大?
另外,亚马逊只要我提供发票证明 不用写POA 。请问有遇到同样问题的卖家吗
