使用过的产品

最近在亚马逊上面老是有买家反馈说收到的产品是使用过的，还给了图片，可是我们发货的时候产品都是新的，是不是哪个环节出来问题？

谢谢你的回复，但是开case问题并没有得到解决，她们回复说这是FBA团队那边的操作，具体情况他们也不清楚，然后叫我跟买家说让他们自己去联系亚马逊买家服务解决这个问题，但实际上买家联系之后客服那边只会让他们直接退换货，但是还是会有很多买家仍然收到使用过的表带，并因此给出差评。这样我很烦恼。
