请问你有设置 Repackaging Settings 吗？

设置后有什么好处与不好之处。
还有我看亚马逊是这样写的：
FBA Repackaging Service FeesNOTE: There are currently no fees for using the FBA Repackaging Service. The fees listed below are what FBA will charge once this becomes a paid service. You will be notified prior to any fees being charged for this service.
意思是说这个服务现在是免费的吗？

是的，如果被收费的话她们FBA都会提前通知你的。
