提交了账单后收到以下这个邮件,这是资料没过的意思@?这个行动计划我后台已经提交了呀和账单一起,为什么还要我提交?
另外这上面说把资料发到这里

您提交的二审的资料和行动计划没有通过,亚马逊才发了这封邮件过来,您再次提交账单和行动计划过去,行动计划写详细点,然后把后台的绩效截图也发过去,证明你这个是新店是符合亚马逊规则的,让他们帮忙开通销售权

你的意思是直接回复邮件吗?还是在后台提交?我后台没看到在哪里提交啊。能方便给我说一下吗?帮助一打开还是同一个界面。
