We have searched for email@example.com in our database and were unable to find a Brand Registry account associated with this email address. Unfortunately, we can only add roles for accounts that have been registered in Brand Registry. Please direct the individual to create a Brand Registry account on Amazon with the email address to which you would be assigning the role.
You can access the Brand Registry account set up page via the following link: https://brandservices.amazon.com
1. Click ‘Eligibility Requirements’.
2. Under option ‘2 - Sign in to Amazon Brand Registry', click ’create one for free’.
Note: Brand Registry does not allow multi-marketplace account access at this point and hence you are required to use a separate (new) email address to register in each of the different marketplaces to access Brand Registry.
When you have completed these actions, open a new case and include all the information requested by visiting the Brand Registry Contact Us page.
Select 'Update your brand profile' then 'Update role for user account'.
