日本品牌备案出现问题，求指教

Dear seller,

我最近也在弄日本品牌备案，也一直被拒，总是说
商标注册没有被发现
- 没有找到申请表上所列的商标注册。 请查看信息并重新申请。

可是我的商标在日本商标局都可以查的到的。
不知道什么情况。
你通过了吗，你有没填官网，对官网有要求吗
