加拿大账号被封，钱被无限期扣留，资金怎么申诉回来？

背景：就因为改了listing，广告里多加了两张贴纸，价格也加了一加币，然后这个改之前下单客的户要免费贴纸。我这不灵光的脑子 不同意还跟她硬刚，然后就没有然后了。（背景有点长，告诉我亚马逊上还是不要嚣张啊）
账号是申诉不回来了，但是亚马逊无限期扣留账户剩下的钱，求大神指教钱怎么申诉回来
申诉了账号恢复亚马逊回的信息：

We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may no longer sell on Amazon.ca.
The sale of counterfeit products on Amazon is strictly prohibited. We will continue to withhold your funds if you cannot provide valid invoices or receipts for the items you listed on Amazon. If the equivalent amount is greater than the total amount available in your account, then the total amount will be withheld.
You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please write to payments-investigate@amazon.ca.

有啊，不全，90天内的太多了啊

还是继续申诉吧，一般说是90天会退回到收款账户，但是也不排除特殊情况的。

那我试试吧
