标题: 限制类目怎么申请？
谁知道限制类目怎么申请？我们想申请health and beauty,申请了几次，最后都失败了。使用的形式发票，采购订单，都试过的。

就是没有提供增值税发票去尝试。请大神指示怎么申请限制类目，注意哪些问题？

同问大神们。在国内采购基本上不可能有增值税发票。如果没增值税发票该怎么搞？

创蓝，我们提供的是发票自己造的，让供应商盖的章，也有商品名称数量供应商地址名称联系电话，可是还没通过怎么回事呢？这是他们给的回复：Thank you for your interest in selling on Amazon.com.

As part of your application to sell in the Health and Personal Care category, we require additional information. I would like to inform you that I have checked the documents that you have provided us and found that the documents are not valid because you provided in different language. So, provide the documents in English Languages to get approval in desired category. I request you to provide the required documentation from the following options:

Please Note: The documents we accept are Commercial Invoice,Sales Invoice or the invoices that you receive at the time of purchasing. We do not consider online invoices/sales order/Proforma Invoice/Purchase Order or any online documents.

Option #1: Three legible, scanned or clearly photographed vendor invoices for the products you intend to sell in the category. Please ensure the documentation submitted meets our requirements as outlined here:

· Invoices must be dated within the last 90 days, or showing item delivery or purchase within the last 90 days

· Invoices must have your name or business name

· Invoices must have contact information for your business (e.g. address, phone number, email or website)

· Invoices must have the names of the products you purchased

· Invoices must have document issuer's name, address, phone number, email or website

· Please obscure pricing information (optional)

OR,

Option #2: One item from List 1 and one item from List 2

Acceptable Documents List 1

· US Food & Drug Administration (FDA), Certificate of Registration

· US Food & Drug Administration (FDA), New Dietary Ingredient (NDI) Notification

Acceptable Documents List 2

· Business address of your store/office

· Business address of your manufacturing plant

· Business certification showing that your business is registered (e.g. business license or sales/use tax license)

· Home occupation permit (If you work out of your home)

Please attach the required documentation to your email response (e.g., as a PDF file or an image file). We reserve the right to verify all submitted documentation including contacting any product vendors you identify in your application.

In most cases, we will respond to you within 24 hours after you send this information.

后来也提供FDA 注册号，众所周知，FDA 只有注册号，没有注册证书，即使有，也是第三方的自己造的证书，FDA 是不发证书的

正规的增值税发票就行，并满足亚马逊邮件提到的相关信心，不过这个类目有时候的确比较难通过审核，如果你有招商经理的话，最好找招商经理。

如果账号上填写的公司信息，供应商开的普通发票（法人名抬头发票）可以通过审核吗？

但正规的增值税发票都是中文的呢，能让供应商打印英文吗？另外，同一个供应商三份不同的发票可以吗？另外申请时，需要建购物商城网站吗？新账号开通后，是不是就可以申请呢？

最好用公司信息。

之前有卖家提供你可以做下翻译，但是正常来说国内的发票本身就是中文的，亚马逊团队也是了解的。
不同的三份发票是可以的，供应商有网站是最好的。新账号通过资质审核之后，你想售卖审核的类目的话就可以申请了。

谢谢回复。但是，根据网上的信息，AMAZON 要求提供英语的发票呢，不知道是不是一定要提供英语的发票增值发票呢？另外除了增值税发票外，有没有别的发票，AMAZON 可以接受呢？以前提供了采购单，SALE invoice，好像都不行呢，增值税票毕竟含税啊
