今年3月刚注册的欧洲站新账户,刚下来就被冻结?我该怎么申诉?

今年3月刚注册的欧洲站新账户,刚下来就被冻结。已经按照要求重新提交了资料但是一直没有收到回信。
下面是亚马逊回我的邮件(求大神帮忙看看账户还有救吗?):
绩效通知第一封:
Hello,
Your Amazon.co.uk seller account is underreview. During our review, you will not be able to sell on Amazon.co.uk.
To sell on Amazon.co.uk, we need to verifyyour identity, business information, or both.
You can confirm that you would like tobegin the verification process in one of the following ways.
-- Click the “Appeal” button next to thise-mail on the Notifications page in the Performance section of Seller Central(https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/customer-experience/perf-notification...)
Please ship any open orders. If you havefunds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-Zclaims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takesabout 90 days, but funds may be held longer.
You can see your balance and settlementinformation in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questionsabout those, please send an email to payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk.

欧洲站注册现在都比较严格,您可以发邮件问下亚马逊冻结的原因

发了邮件,但是现在亚马逊基本不回我邮件。最后一次提交资料已经过了半个多月,就只收到一封自动回复
