最近碰到一个买家 先是在下单当天就发一个邮件 没头没尾的要求退款
我问了原因,他说发错了,然后说是Amazon的问题
之后又说我们产品有问题
然后我看到订单已经被Amazon全额退款了
然后又发邮件给我说要Replacement
我说已经退款了 如果还需要产品可以再从Amazon买
下面是对方的回复:
You are going to get a horrible review. The refund had nothing to do with u it was their mistake, You go around selling horrible products that do not work and you think that is ok? YOU WILL BE SORRY
