品牌注册，变成滥用，申诉还被拒，每通道了，如何处理

正常的品牌注册，然后突然变成了品牌滥用，新账号没任何违规记录，品牌是自己的，律师也是正常有效的。 申诉已提交了发票，合同，授权书，还是被拒，邮件回复如下。 请问要如何处理？

一、品牌被移除的原因
1、投诉失败(多次进行品牌违规投诉，并且成功率很低的话就容易被亚马逊误判为品牌滥用)
2、授权店铺或者这个店铺出现违规操作(查看备案的店铺的绩效通知，查看是否有侵权，欺诈等违规未处理。))
3、商标在商标局出现异常状态
4、这个品牌授权超过5家店铺
5、同一主体注册的其他站点是否有违规行为，需要所有站点都正常销售。
6、暴雷的商标，店铺和品牌都会被亚马逊标记，就算重新备案，也可能会被判为品牌滥用。
7、品牌原因:去商标局查下商标的状态是否正常
8、使用了其他账号备案这个品牌授权给这个店铺，后续进行了解除备案账号操作
