亚马逊欧站账号登入时，登入不了，就会出现如附档：Account Closed

当我查看邮件时，已迟了时间提交资料，点开亚马逊给的连接，但至今没有回复，联系给出的邮箱，还是没有回复，账号仍有人下订单，但就是登不进去，同时也联系不了客服，不知怎办，有遇到过这种情况的吗？应怎解决？

邮件如下：
